Context
Most published chain analysis is a snapshot: a question asked once, answered once, and left to age. Behaviour does not hold still, and a dashboard that stops updating stops being evidence.
This project takes the opposite approach. It is a live analysis of user behaviour on SEI, running since September 2025 and updated as the chain develops.
The question
How do users actually behave on SEI — and how does that behaviour change over time?
The same line of enquiry that drives all my ecosystem work: look past acquisition totals to what users do after they arrive, and whether that pattern holds.
The dashboard
The analysis is published openly on Dune, so the queries are inspectable and the figures reproducible rather than asserted.
